AND THE WINE?

Many of you may have already enjoyed one of Travis's wine in this months Adelaide Hill Box, the Djuna. This 'Yumi', however, has a splash of Pinot Gris in that really lifts the bright cherry fruit and adds a fresh, moreish lick to the finish which brings you back for more and more. 

The fruit is from the Hope forest vineyard at the very south end of the Adelaide Hills. Hand harvested and then (mostly) destemmed into tank for fermentation.
The fruit is then pressed into 500L barrels for 8 months before we banged it in a box.

This is a the perfect Spring / Summer afternoon drink, especially when chilled.
Plus, when you open up this 2lt box of fun, it will last for up to a month.
