Established in 2013, Woombye cheese Company has quickly become one of the most awarded in the country. The word ‘passion’ gets thrown around a lot when it comes to cheese but as soon as you meet Beth O’Leary, you know its palpable.
She travelled Australia with her family in 2019 doing the ‘Big Lap’ which became the ‘Big Lap of Cheese’ when they managed to visit over 30 cheesemakers across the country! Beth is backed by a fantastic team based in our factory in West Woombye. -

As the saying goes, it takes a village. Thanks to their wonderful friends and influences, they embarked on their cheese journey in 2007 and haven’t looked back since.
