To quote winemaker Patrick Sullivan, he says ‘its as if they got to warrigal and said “lets just call everything from here Gippsland’ and he’s right. This is as much a zone rather than a region and can basically fit in all other Victorian wine regions in it. 

Yep, it’s massive. 

So to describe what a typical “Gippsland Pinot Noir” is near impossible. 

So for the sake of ease, we’re going to break it down to three main areas; Baw Baw (West), South and East Gippsland. 

Throughout the month of February, we'll be featuring the people, places and personalities that make up this amazing region.
