All tickets are sold per person and are session-specific. Make sure you've got the right city, date and session time before you check out — we can't guarantee we can swap tickets between sessions or cities after purchase.

Tickets are issued via Humanitix and will be emailed to you after purchase. Your QR code can be scanned directly from your phone — no printing required.

Tickets are non-refundable. We know life happens, but we're a capped-capacity event and your spot is someone else's missed opportunity once it's taken.

If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or use the official Humanitix resale function. Please don't use Facebook Marketplace or other unofficial platforms — scammers love a sold-out event.

If the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, your ticket will be transferred to the new date. If the new date doesn't work for you, a refund will be offered at that point.

The Boujee Bypass is an optional add-on, purchased separately and per person. It includes express entry via a dedicated lane and a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival at The MOULD x PALOOZA bar.

That's it — and that's the point. The Boujee Bypass does not include priority access at producer tasting stations, additional tastings, or any other perks beyond those listed above. Numbers are strictly limited per session.

The Boujee Bypass is non-refundable and non-transferable independently of the main ticket.

You must be 18 or over to consume alcohol at this event. Valid photo ID (passport or driver's licence) may be requested at entry.

Children are welcome but must remain with a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event. As this is a licensed venue serving alcohol, children must not be left unattended at any point. Under-18s do not require a ticket.

Persons under the age of 18 years ("Minors") may only attend the Event if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, where permitted by the applicable liquor licence and legislation in the State or Territory in which the Event is held.

The accompanying adult must remain with the Minor and actively supervise them at all times while attending the Event. The accompanying adult is responsible for the Minor's conduct, safety and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Minors must not purchase, possess or consume alcohol at any time. Event staff, security and liquor licensees reserve the right to request acceptable proof of age or proof of the accompanying adult's responsibility for a Minor where required.

The Event is conducted in accordance with all applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory laws, liquor licensing requirements and responsible service of alcohol obligations. Event Management reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any Minor or accompanying adult who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or any applicable legal requirements.

Entry of minors is subject to the conditions of the liquor licence applicable to each Event. Additional venue or jurisdiction-specific conditions may apply and will be communicated where relevant.

We're here for a good time, not a write-off. Our staff are trained in responsible service of alcohol and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. All bars close 15 minutes before the end of each session.

Any behaviour that is dangerous, aggressive or otherwise disruptive — intoxicated or not — won't be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the venue without refund.

MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA reserves the right to make changes to the event program, producers, and inclusions without notice. We'll always do our best to deliver an amazing experience, but the lineup may shift — that's the nature of a live event.

We do our best to cater for a range of dietary requirements and accessibility needs, but we can't guarantee every product at the event will suit every person. If you have specific needs, please get in touch before the event at hello@mouldxpalooza.com.

MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA is not liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained at the event, except where required by law. By attending, you agree to take reasonable responsibility for your own safety and belongings.

Photography, videography and other recordings may take place throughout the event by Revel Global Pty Ltd, MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA, authorised contractors, media partners and approved content creators.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded, and agree that your image, likeness and voice may be used by Revel, MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA and authorised partners for promotional, marketing, advertising, editorial and other commercial purposes across digital, print and social media channels without compensation or further notice.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a member of the event team upon arrival or speak directly with one of our photographers or videographers. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that incidental or crowd footage will not include you.

Unauthorised commercial photography, videography or recording of the event is prohibited without the prior written consent of Revel.
